Greek Ranch Dip



Quick and easy snack: Greek yogurt ranch dip and carrot chips. High protein and fiber -- meaning it keeps you feeling full. My plate pictured (1/4 the bag of carrot chips and 1/2 cup of the dip) is about 150 calories. 

The dip is so easy (380 calories for full 2 cups)

Greek Ranch Dip:

 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (I used nonfat)
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
(Opt. Salt to taste)

Mix together and enjoy!
