Cheap, Fast and Nutritious Creamy Garlic Shrimp and Veggies

Forget the pasta, this is filling enough on its own and under 400 calories.  High nutrition: high in fiber, protein, and fat!

Ingredients:

12 oz frozen broccoli or other frozen veggies (usually only 84 cents a steamer bag at Walmart)
4 oz cooked extra small shrimp (I buy mine raw from Walmart, cook up a 2 pound bag, refreeze, and then use as needed)
2 tbsp Parmesan
2 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt, Chobani
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:

1. Steam the broccoli/ veggies and shrimp.
2. Melt butter & yogurt, and combine with the lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.  I usually melt it in my tupperware container.
3. Either pour the sauce over the veggies and shrimp and sprinkle cheese over. Or you can put all the ingredients in a large tupperware with a lid, shake up to combine and eat!
